The Buna Ceremony, or “coffee" ceremony in the Amharic and Tigrinya languages, symbolizes tradition, community, hospitality, and, most importantly, the treasured time to foster connections and deepen understanding amongst family members and friends. The rhythm of pouring coffee becomes therapy, and the aroma carries generations of wisdom, warmth, and unspoken truth.

My approach is a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness practices, strength-based, psychoeducation, etc. each tailored to each client's needs and life experiences. We all have a story, and I’m here to help you honor yours, heal from past wounds, and move forward with a sense of empowerment and clarity.
